Reservation Procedures

  3. Study Room is available from 9 a.m.–4 p.m., Tuesday–Friday.
  4. Reservations must be made at least two weeks in advance and up to three months in advance of the requested date. Same-day reservations are discouraged, as the likelihood of room availability is slight. Room reservations may be made by calling 542-2971 or e-mailing istevens@amherst.edu.
