Curatorial Intern Positions

The Mead occasionally seeks applicants for two paid student internships. No special knowledge of art history is required. A curious mind, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential. Candidates must be able to work at least 5 hours per week in positions of real and increasing responsibility under the immediate supervision of the museum's director and chief curator of European art. Docents

Join the fun—become a volunteer docent! Docents learn about museum work from behind the scenes in hands-on monthly meetings with the director; participate in planning and staging events large and small; and share their knowledge in public tours. Students from all class years and all academic concentrations are welcome.
