Many people do not understand Vegetarianism. Some do not know what Veganism is, some do not understand why one might not want to eat gelatin; and most people probably simply never have considered Vegetarianism for themselves. We hope to help people become aware of our habits and presence. We would like to work with Valentine dining hall to encourage them to list the ingredients in every food they serve, to encourage local restaurants to offer Vegetarian options, and to just raise the awareness of the people around us as a whole.
