To get the fulltext of articles from these titles, you can search in Academic Search Premier and limit the search to just the source (name of the journal) that you are interested in. Congressional Universe An online service with access to indexing and some full-texts of Congressional hearings, documents, prints, reports, and legislation, back to 1970. Indexes for prior years in paper at Ref KF49 .C62.

National Security Archive Declassified U.S. documents obtained through the Freedom of Information Act. Great resource, some of which is freely available fulltext.

Foreign Relations of the United States. 1932-- (JX 233 A3) Increasingly this material is available on the web. Kennedy, Johnson and Nixon Administrations from 1961-1972 are available online.

U.S. Government Publications

Annual Report of the Secretary of Defense (Donald Rumsfeld) to President and Congress, 2005. 1995--2004 are also online. Earlier years in paper or microfiche.

United States Department of State , including all speeches, briefings, and testimony.

The Whitehouse contains the speeches and policy documents of President George W. Bush. Public Papers of the President. 1929-- (J 80 A283) includes material for this president and earlier presidents in paper. Increasingly available online through GPO Access, or the Presidential Libraries.
