ACF Social Council

Information: The ACF Social Council (SoCo) provides a space for Amherst Christians to get together, relax and have fun with one another in a less-pressured, wholesome atmosphere. The goal of SoCo is to plan and implement a wide variety of activities throughout the year in which Christians can take part and through which they will bond. In any community there is a need for leisure time and flexible social life. Within ACF, SoCo acts to meet these needs in an explicitly (though not necessarily directly) Christian setting. Movie nights, outdoors trips, meals, games, study breaks and coffee houses are just some examples of ways Christians can meet and grow closer in love to one another, in turn building the Kingdom little-by-little right where they are. ACF Outreach

Information: The Outreach Team searches high and low for opportunities to serve others and with others at Amherst College, in the local community, and en todo el mundo.  Our mission is to provide ways for ACF to let our lights shine before others so that they may see our good deeds and praise our Father in Heaven (Matthew 5:16)!  Brilliant brains, helping hands, and warm hearts welcomed. Friday Night Fellowship (FNF) Team

Day/Time: Monday, 5:30-6:30pm
Information: FNF Team plans ACF's weekly large group meeting. Our goal is to make each Friday evening a time when all Christians and those who are just interestedcan come together, fellowship, and worship. Praise Team

Information: The ACF worship team loves to jam out and make music to the Lord with lots of different instruments and in lots of different styles.
