Levy Institute Forecasting Fellowship
This is a two-year fellowship for an outstanding individual who has completed
undergraduate study and may be considering graduate work and a career in economics,
business, public policy, or related fields. The fellowship is an opportunity
to learn more about economic forecasting in a program different from but complementary
to formal training at the Levy Institute of Bard College. For more information,

The Division of Research and Statistics have a number of openings for Research
Assistants under the Corporation's Fellows Program. Qualifications: a B.A.
or B.S. degree in economics, business (finance), mathematics, statistics or
closely related fields, which includes: twenty one semester hours of economics
plus three hours of statistics, calculus or accounting, computer programming,
and a solid background in mathematics/statistics. Positions are located in
Washington, D.C. headquarters of the FDIC. Starting salary approximately $34,000
per year, as of Nov 2000. Candidates must have a minimum cumulative GPA above

Each year, our faculty pursue approximately 500 research and course development
projects in which RAs play a vital role. You may help to write and revise case
studies – firsthand accounts of important business management issues that are
the primary form of instruction at HBS – and gather and analyze data for research
articles and books at the forefront of business knowledge. We hire more than
200 RAs each year, in full- and part-time positions. There is no typical RA
assignment, and no two positions are alike. A variety of work arrangements
are offered. Education background: BA or advanced degree with outstanding academic
record; Excellent research, analytical, writing, communication and organizational
skills. Proven experience and solid skill set in academic research and writing;
strong sense of adventure and desire to excel; interest in developing relationships
with top company executives; gaining knowledge of the business world from the
inside.

Program
Offers a 6-month Executive Training Program for college graduates who are interested
in public relations. Executive Trainees work full-time and attend classes,
seminars and presentations designed to expand their knowledge of the public
relations industry in order to provide better service to clients. Executive
Trainees are paid based on a yearly salary of $21,000 prorated weekly. The
company hires the best graduates of the program to fill its Assistant Account
Executive positions. There are no guarantees of a job offer but it is not unusual

ARM (formerly Associated Western Universities) awards hundreds of undergraduate,
graduate and postgraduate fellowships and internships to qualified applicants
in science, mathematics, engineering, technology and business, offering fellows
the chance to obtain hands-on experience in their field at government and private
organizations.

The Ruder Finn Public Relations Executive Training
Program
Offered three times a year in its New York City headquarters, of 3 - 5 months
duration. The Executive Training Program is for college graduates who have
at least a Bachelor's Degree. Executive Trainees work full-time and also attend
weekly classes. As integral members of account teams, Executive Trainees gain
exposure to every facet of the public relations business. The 19-year-old Executive
Training Program is well-known. Entry level employees rarely are hired by Ruder
Finn without having completed the Program. The company hires the best graduates
of the program to fill its Assistant Account Executive positions. There are
no guarantees of a job offer but an average of one out of every two program
participants is hired or extended.

Roy H. Park Leadership Fellows Program
The Park Leadership Fellows Program was established in 1997 and is funded by the Triad Foundation (Roy H. Park and the Triad Foundation). It attracts the highest caliber MBA talent to the Johnson School, and rewards demonstrated leadership potential. The Program was founded on a leadership theme that emphasizes the development of leadership skills. As such fellowship awards are based on leadership qualities, professional and personal life accomplishment, past academic achievement, and commitment to community service and/or socially responsible business.

American Institute for Economic Research
Founded in 1933, AIER is an independent scientific and educational organization. The Institute's research is planned to help individuals protect their personal interests and those of the Nation. The Institute awards a dozen or more Summer Fellowships each year to students who will be entering a doctoral program in economics or affiliated program (e.g., law and economics, economic history, etc.). We also consider applications from those students enrolled in such programs for no more than two years. The program is not designed for students wishing to pursue graduate work in a business school program (e.g. MBA).
