Your Blackboard password is now your Amherst email password.
If you do not know what your Amherst email password is, please come to the Seeley Mudd Computer Center between 8 am and 5 pm with your Amherst college id card and ask to have your email password re-set.
Five College Students taking a course at Amherst College:
If you were given an Amherst account for a previous course, it should still be working. If you don't remember what the password was please come to the
Seeley Mudd Computer Center between 8 am and 5 pm with your college
id card and ask to have your password re-set.
If you never had a Blackboard user account, please complete the request form.
Enter your information exactly as it appears on your home institution id card.After you have completed the form, please come to the Information Technology Help Desk in Seeley Mudd 108 between 8:30 and 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with your college id card and ask to have your Blackboard account activated. If the information on the request form does not match the information on your home institution id card, you will have to start all over again with completing the form.
