How to Make an Appointment with a Counselor

• Stop by the Counseling Center on the third floor of Johnson Chapel, or call us at 413/542-2354 between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
  
• Appointments are usually 45-50 minutes long.
  
• Your appointment will be kept confidential.
  
• If you need to cancel your appointment, please give us at least a day's notice.
  
• In the event of an urgent situation during evenings or weekends, contact your Resident Counselor or the Dean on Duty, or call the University Health Services at 413/577-5000.
