This form should be filled out by students who are away from Amherst College during the fall semester and who intend to return for the spring semester. Deadline: November 1st. Students who are away for the spring semester or entire year and intend to return the following fall semester must fill out a Housing Intentions Form, not this form. Contact the Residential Life Office with any questions, 413-542-2161. Students who intend to live off campus must fill out an Off-Campus Housing Application.
