Sunday, Mar. 4 - Wednesday, Mar. 5 — First-year and upperclass meetings to explain Room Draw process
Friday, February 29, 12 noon — Jenkins 10-person applications due
Monday, March 3 — Jenkins Unordered list posted outside Dean of Students Office; Off-campus applications due
Monday, March 10 — Final rosters submitted for Theme Houses
Tuesday, March 4 — Jenkins Ordered list posted, with times for March 5 selection
Thursday, March 6 — Jenkins room selection in Residential Life Office
Friday, March 14, Midnight — ROOM DRAW APPLICATION DEADLINE
Tuesday, March 25, 3 p.m. — Unordered listing of Room Draw participants posted outside the Dean of Students Office and online at www.amherst.edu/roomdraw STUDENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CHECKING LIST TO ENSURE INFORMATION IS CORRECT
Monday, March 31 — Last day to notify Residential Life Office of errors on Unordered List. Email SHAC@amherst.edu with any changes.
Wednesday, April 2 — Room Draw Ordered List posted outside the Dean of Students Office and online at www.amherst.edu/roomdraw; Final floor plans posted outside Dean of Students Office
Sunday, April 6, Midnight — Deadline for signing up for Lip Sync – e-mail Danielle (dbrick08) to sign up
Monday, April 7 , 9-11 p.m. — LipSync auditions in Johnson Chapel
Wednesday, April 9, 9 p.m. — LipSync finals in Johnson Chapel — open to public
Tuesday, Apr. 15 - Thursday, Apr. 17 — Room Draw, 7 p.m.-1 a.m. in the Campus Center
Monday, April 21 — Suite room designation forms completed and due back to Residential Life Office, Converse 105. Failure to return forms on this date, or forms filled out incorrectly, may result in inaccurate room assignments, which may not be able to be changed before the start of fall classes.
Wednesday, April 23 — Opt-Out form for fall housing due (online form here)
Wednesday, April 30 — Summer housing and Commencement/Reunion applications due in the Residential Life Office
Thursday, May 1 — Deadline to request housing extensions past May 17, 5 p.m.
Saturday, May 17, 5 p.m. - Residences close for upperclassmen
Sunday, May 25— Commencement
Friday, June 2 — Deadline for upperclass students to request early access to fall housing
Friday, August 18 — Reslife Office housing assignment emails are sent to opt-out students.
Thursday, August 28 — Upperclass housing opens at 9 a.m.
