JO ELLEN ALLY '07, although she will swear that she is truly a New Yorker, hails from suburban Connecticut where she learned from a tender age that she hates suburban Connecticut.

Joey is consistently and painfully late to all DQ events. It gets to the point where the group begins scheduling things hours earlier than they normally would have so that she at least makes it on the correct day.

Always one to stand up for herself, she can often be heard pontificating on important doctrines ranging from the merits of black eyeliner to the merits of giving George W. a black eye. When people do not fall in line with her reasoning, she simply kicks them with her pointed toe shoes.

When not singing in ranges only dogs can hear, Joey enjoys speaking in ranges only dogs can hear and pondering party themes. In fact, a would-be (if she had taken philosophy 11 before her first semester of sophomore year) philosophy major, after reading one philosophical text claiming that animals lack thought Jo Ellen was known to say, "In my opinion, if my toy poodle does not think, then neither do most humans."

The two beings to whom Joey is most often compared are her toy poodle Genevieve and Elle Woods of "Legally Blonde".

Always one to put friends before schoolwork, Joey plans to add a wing to Buckley to avoid failing out.
