Kosovo: Visions of the Aftermath
I was in Kosovo during January 2000.
There was little or no heat. There was little or no electricity,
no snow removal, no traffic lights, few working telephones
and no civil services in general.
We did meet wonderful people who took good care of us.
The Kosovars have a beautiful country.
