PRODUCT INFORMATION

The products displayed on the Gad Online store can be ordered and delivered only within the United States. The GAD products displayed at the Site are available in select GAD stores in the United States and select foreign markets while supplies last. The prices displayed at the Site, however, are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States.

MOBY DICK

Call me Ishmael. Some years ago--never mind how long precisely--having little or no money in my purse, and nothing particular to interest me on shore, I thought I would sail about a little and see the watery part of the world. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Befuddlement, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts of the State of Kon Tiki, County of Hazzard and/or the Northern District of Umbria.
