Requesting a Transcript
To request an official copy of your academic transcript, click on the above link or send a signed letter to:

Requests for transcripts may be may be submitted by mail, by FAX, or in person at the Registrar's office. The FAX number is 413-542-2327. ALL REQUESTS MUST BE SIGNED.
WE DO NOT SEND TRANSCRIPTS BY FAX OR E-MAIL.
Transcripts can be issued either to you or directly to a third party; if they are issued to you, they bear the comment "issued to the student" even if they are sealed and signed over the flap.
No fee is charged for transcripts.
Usually transcripts are issued within 48 hours, except for the period just prior to Commencement, when they may be delayed due to the high volume of requests.

Certification Letters
To obtain a letter certifying attendance or other academic information, you must submit a signed letter or a Certification Request Form. To view and print the form click here:

This form must be printed first from the web browser, then filled out and signed. Submit it to the Registrar's Office in person, by mail, or by FAX at 413-542-2327. CERTIFICATION FORMS MUST BE SIGNED BY THE STUDENT.
