My first job out of college was at CMJ, where I was a rock critic/ editorial assistant. I continued as a freelance writer for them until last year. After CMJ, I started work on a PhD at the Annenberg School for Communication at Penn, then subsequently decided that going to law school would actually be less painful than writing a dissertation, and currently am a third-year at the University of Washington law school.
