Why you chose Amherst College: I picked Amherst because of its prestigious academic reputation and the personal and undivided attention a small college offers. At Amherst, I have the opportunity to talk one-on-one with my professors every day and then be a member of a driven hockey team.

SAAC Objectives: As a member of SAAC, I hope to help bridge the gap between athletics and academics and ultimately mollify the sometimes tumultuous relationship.
