Accomplishments: Captain of HS track team for the indoor and outdoor seasons, junior and senior year. On the 4x800 team that broke the HS record.
Interests: track, soccer, foreign languages, traveling, being outdoors, hiking, biking, foosball, hot chocolate, the NHL, skiing, frisbee.

Why you chose Amherst: I couldn't find anything wrong with it. It has a great combination and balance of academics, athletics, and social life. It has very high academics but is also DIII so I can participate in sports. It's on the smaller side but in a great college town and with four other colleges surrounding it. Good distance away from home and a welcoming and friendly community on campus. ...still can't find much wrong with it...
