Why you chose Amherst: The people that I met on my visits here, students, teachers, and coaches, impressed me with their collective sense of dedication, but it's greatest appeal was the pride they displayed in Amhest College as an institution, athletically and academically.I was impressed by the humble recognition people have here on all levels, professors, coaches, students, of the tremendous opportunity that Amherst presents to forward our education and formation not just in the classroom but in general.
