HS Events & PR's: 5k Cross Country: 16:11.6 (although the course was a
tad bit on the short side) 3 mile cross country- 15:49; 3200m: 9:54;
3000m steeplechase: 10:13

College Events & PR's: 8k cross country, probably 5k and 10k for track

Accomplishments: 13th in New York State Class A States in 2006,
qualified for 2006 NYS Cross Countray Federation meet, school records
for my high school in Indoor 1600 and 3200 (although I will admit my
school has only had an Indoor program since 2004) and also outdoor
3200m

Interests: Running, website design (designed my high school cross
country site- www.waynerunners.com), biking, triathlons

Something random: I can ride a unicycle and juggle (at the same time)
