Hometown & School: Chester, NJ...I Spent the first half of my high school track career at Marblehead High School (Marblehead, MA), and my junior and senior years at West Morris 'Mendham' Regional High School, in scenic Mendham, NJ.

HS Events & PR's: 55m (7.0), 100m (11.3), 200m (23.0), 300m (36.5), 400m (50.3), 4x100, 4x200, 4x400, SMR, DMR

College Events & PR's: 200, 400, 500... Let's stick with my high school PRs for now...

Accomplishments: Most Valuable Freshman, '04 State relay champs (Class D) , fifth place 4x400 at the '06 East Coast Relays (A race run in complete darkness!), senior captain, All-Area, All-Conference, various state meet places, etc.... and my football team made the State Playoffs my senior year

Interests: Skiing, football (started at DB in high school), traveling, photography, French

Something random: It works out that I am a sprinter, because I despise running/jogging, and don't understand people who do it for pleasure/generally don't mind it. Oh and Keith goes WEEKS without washing his workout shirt...yes, it is as gross as it sounds!
