Topics include the benefits of yoga and other forms of exercise and sports, how to reduce stress-related anxiety in college, the stress of family members dealing with relatives who have Alzheimer's, social support among the elderly, the health of international students, innovative approaches to deal with bullying, and various aspects of eating disorders.

The exhibit will be open on Thursday, December 6, from 3:30 until 5 pm at the Frost Library and is open to the whole community. Food and refreshments will be served. Feel free to drop by any time between 3:30 and 5 pm.
