ABC Program
ABC is a national high school program which prepares academically talented and highly motivated African American, Latino, Asian, and Native American students for college and future leadership roles in the broader community. The young men who are admitted into the Amherst ABC program are academically able, but their inherent abilities are hampered by the particular circumstances of their home environments. Since the program began, over 100 students have graduated from Amherst Regional High School and have attended more than 50 colleges and universities.
