Isidro Blasco

Artists's Talk by Isidro Blasco

4:30 pm Fayerweather Hall, Pruyne Lecture Hall, 115

Isidro Blasco received a B.F.A. in studio arts, but went on to do doctoral studies (A.B.D.) in Architecture in Madrid. His structures integrate architecture, sculpture, and often photography, into energetic, lurching facades or cities. Often appearing unstable but fearless on their stilts, they give the impression of being born of self-generated optimism.
