At the end of each semester the Department of Asian Languages and Civilizations asks its students to evaluate the course and teaching of faculty who will be reviewed for reappointment, tenure, and/or promotion.  

Your instructor will be able to view your responses only after final grades have been submitted, and to them your identity will be anonymous. As part of the reappointment, tenure, and promotion process, your responses will also be read by the president, provost and dean of the faculty, and other senior faculty, and to them your identity will not be anonymous.

It is vital that you take the time to fill out and submit this evaluation at your earliest opportunity.
