Choose a passage in Waters' novel that you find interesting or illuminating or perplexing on the topic of the theater, the closet, or the historical novel, and write about it a single paragraph (200 words maximum, 150 is even better) with a strong claim.

If you're writing about a short passage or a sentence or two, you can cite them separately  in front of your paragraph.  If you choose a longer passage, describe which passage it is, and provide the page numbers.

Remember that if you're importing from Word, you should use the "paste from Word" key.
