Projects: Feb 7
Use the page with your name to share materials with each other as we begin to work on these projects. For February 7th post some clippings you have found from newspapers or periodicals on your topc of interest and then write a short description of what sorts of interesting questions these materials raise, what you can learn from them, what they don't tell you. Pay attention to the kind of newspaper your evidence comes from, what else is published beside it, think about who the audience might be, looks at its advertisements, etc.... That is don't just think of these bits of evidence as isolated chards, think about how they fit together.
Please post your findings by 4pm on Sunday so that we all have time to read them all by the time we meet on Tuesday.
