We believe that all students benefit from the discipline of writing out of their own and out of imagined experience, and from submitting that writing, in small classes, to the criticism of instructors and other student writers.
A first workshop in the writing of poetry. Class members will read and discuss each others’ work and will study the line, stanza forms, meter, free verse, and more.
In this workshop, students are encouraged to experiment as they develop the skill and craft for writing fiction. Workshop (discussion) format.
Get your play(s) ready for the stage! Hone your playwriting skills, study a wide range of dramatic vocabularies, and critique classmates’ plays from first draft to finished.
