InstaEDU is an online marketplace for tutors to meet students from all over the country. Tutors are paid $20.00 an hour and can work from the comfort of their own environment. The site itself has video chat built in, as well as a bunch of collaboration tools (text editing, code editor), so it’s very effective. You can see how the lesson space works here: http://instaedu.com/lesson-demo/.
