REMINDER: January 1, 2013 is the DEADLINE FOR CONFERENCE REGISTRATION and Dec. 12, 2012 is the DEADLINE for OBTAINING A ROOM FROM ONE OF THE ROOM BLOCKS. Note - the discounted Room Rate will be extended to Dec. 21, 2012
Guests may make their own reservations by telephoning the following properties.
Room Blocks have been reserved under the name "Amherst College Northeast Law & Society Conference" at the following local hotels:
Holiday Inn Express*** 413-582-0002. Room rates will be $139.99 plus tax.
Howard Johnson*** 413-586-0114. Room rates will be $119.99 plus tax.
***These hotels are approximately two miles from campus.
PLEASE NOTE: You MUST book your reservation by Dec 12,2012 . After that date the reserved rooms will be released but the discounted rate will be available until Dec. 21, 2012.

REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES MEALS:
The registration fee includes refreshments at registration, a full dinner on Friday, as well as snacks during the day. (Hotel rooms and meals on Saturday are not included in the registration fee.)
If you expect to be reimbursed from your home institution, please pay the full registration fee; if not, pay only the basic fee.
Grad Student: Full Fee $50 / Basic Fee $25
Faculty: Full Fee $100 / Basic Fee $75
