The Amherst College Concert Choir performs on Saturday, April 25, at 5 p.m. in Buckley Recital Hall. The concert is open to the public and free of charge, with general seating.

The Concert Choir presents songs of England, including the masterpiece “Hymn to St. Cecilia” by Benjamin Britten, and “Why Fum’th in Fight” by Thomas Tallis, which was used by Ralph Vaughan Williams in his “Fantasia on a Theme by Thomas Tallis.” Other composers include William Byrd, Gerald Finzi, Gustav Holst, C.V. Stanford and Michael Tippett. The concert ends with the traditional "Senior Song."
