Music Music at Amherst Parallels Series Presents: Tyshawn Sorey Trio

Newark-born multi-instrumentalist and composer Tyshawn Sorey is celebrated for his incomparable virtuosity, his effortless mastery and memorization of highly complex music, and his extraordinary ability to blend composition and improvisation in his work. At Amherst he is joined by pianist Cory Smythe and bassist Chris Tordini.
