Music Virtual Concert: "Choral Society: Past and Present"

The Amherst College Department of Music presents Choral Society: Past and Present, a streamed collection of new student choral compositions and highlights of past concerts on the Music Department Events Livestream page.

In light of the pandemic, the Choral Society is taking on the challenge of recreating and reclaiming our art. Students on campus and off campus have worked together in small groups to write music and create videos that showcase their virtual collaborations. We will also play never-before-seen highlights from the 2019 tour to the Baltics, as well as selections from past concerts. Students will reflect and share memories.
