Theater & Dance"Hope Springs": a new play by lee folpe '23

Against the backdrop of a historic drought, an aspiring writer and an artistic stoner with body image issues embark on what is meant to be an idyllic summer volunteer job at a permaculture farm in the desert-- only to be confronted with an abusive boss, life-threatening heat and their own internal demons. Hope Springs is a joint senior thesis project by lee folpe '23 (playwriting) and Cameron Mueller-Harder '23 (acting).
