How do faculty members incorporate community-based learning into their courses?
The CCE team provides expertise and support to faculty as they design projects and assignments that link learning both inside and outside the classroom. This includes, but is not limited to, long-term community partnerships; course projects with a community connection; bringing community collaborators into the classroom; and study trips and immersive engagement. Courses may employ one or more of these modes of community-based learning (CBL) to accomplish faculty teaching and learning goals.
