1. Course Catalogue Creation

The Committee discussed issues and potential issues relating to a request from the Registrar's Office and the Office of Public Affairs to move the current system for developing course descriptions, circulating them for approval, editing, etc. to an online system.

The Committee recommended giving the academic department coordinators full read/write access to all courses listed and cross-listed in their department.

The Committee recommended that the College accept a department chair's ability to log into an area restricted to him/her as an acceptable proof of identity (the equivalent of a signature on a form).

IT will begin working on a proof of concept for the new system.
