To order a replacement diploma:
A request must be made in writing with the graduate's signature. Send that request to this address:

There is a $50 replacement fee which must be in the form of a check or money order as we do not accept credit cards. Checks should be made payable to Amherst College. If you are sending funds from abroad, you can wire the funds to https://www.flywire.com/pay/amherst. This must include a note that the money is for a diploma so it will be put in the correct account. You must still send a signed request to the Registrar's Office which will process the diploma once they confirm with the Controller's Office that payment has been made. Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing and delivery.
