Read thoroughly the Academic Policies & Deadlines before submitting your courses via this form. Registration times differ greatly, so there is no Amherst deadline to complete this task. However, it is your responsibility to submit this form before you officially register for your courses while away in order to be sure you'll receive the appropriate amount of transfer credit from Amherst.

Please be aware that you will need to complete four semester credit hours at another institution to receive transfer credit for one course at Amherst.
