Sarles, Albree, and Dean of the Faculty Fellows may conduct research in biology, biochemistry/biophysics, chemistry, computer science, mathematics, geology, neuroscience, physics, or statistics.

Sarles Fellowship

The Sarles Science Research Fund was established in 2013 by H. Jay Sarles '67, P'o4
and Marilyn Sarles, M.D., P'o4 in celebration of the 50th Reunion of the Class of
1967. The fund provides support for faculty and student research in the sciences.

Albree Fellowship

The George Norman Albree Trust will provide support for two Albree Fellows in summer 2014.The George Norman Albree Trust was established by George Norman Albree, class of 1911 and designer of the Albree Monoplane, a prototype purchased by the U.S. Army. 

Dean of the Faculty Fellowship

DOF Fellows are supported through Amherst's Office of the Dean of the Faculty.
