Students may only participate in the Russian Language and Area Studies Program and the Contemporary Russia Program for Amherst credit in Moscow, St. Petersburg, or Vladimir.  Students must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents. Transcripts must be from the American Councils School of Record, Bryn Mawr College.

Full year students have the opportunity to conduct a significant research project for credit.

Language pre-requisites:

4 semesters of college-level Russian or the equivalent are required.
