University of BristolBristol, England
Students may study for the semester or full year. Please note that the fall semester has January exams but that Bristol has a policy for alternative assessment and you must accept certain conditions, as outlined below:
- Students in the arts, humanities, and social sciences will likely have papers due in January.
- Students in the sciences will likely need to have their exams proctored at Amherst on the Bristol exam date. The fall exam period for the 2015-2016 academic year is January 11-22, 2016. There is no renegotiation of the exam date and you must be available to take it at Amherst on that date. The Study Abroad Office will work with you to find a proctor and appropriate space to take the exam.
If you want to study at Bristol for the fall semester, you may do so, so long as you accept that you may have to stay for exams in January though you still need to be back at Amherst for the start of the spring semester.Language(s) of instruction available: English
