Cait Murphy, magazine editor and author of Crazy '08: How a Cast of Cranks, Rogues, Boneheads, and Magnates Created the Greatest Year in Baseball History, was recognized in a feature on IrishCentral, the website of Irish America magazine and The Irish Voice newspaper. Along with such other notables as Jimmy Breslin and Phil Donohue, Murphy was recognized as one of 100 "extraordinary writers, broadcasters, newspaper men and women, television producers and documentary-makers" perpetuating the art of storytelling.
