Dream for Democracy—an organization created by four Amherst first-years aimed at fostering conversation about government and democracy in South Africa—was featured in a lengthy piece in the The Dallas Morning News March 23. The article focused on Dream for Democracy’s work to launch a week-long conference teaching debate and other skills of democracy to high school students in South Africa this coming winter.
