Includes a two hour workshop and four pints of homemade gelato.

Please register early as space is limited.

Join us for a workshop on making gelato led by an in-house chef at Mia Academy. During the class, participants will learn gelato-making basics and will create four culinary combinations of their own. After tutorials, students will fill immersion blenders with cream and other ingredients such as nuts and chocolate. Each gelato flavor molds delicately into pints to take home and share with friends.

The venue is BYOB so you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks.
