A graduate of Harvard University, Paul is president and CEO of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce.  He is a former state representative, secretary of state and chief secretary to the Governor.  He serves on a number of public boards and is co-host of This Week in Business on NECN. Recently, the Benjamin Franklin Institute awarded him their Medal for Public Service.
