AANY's 2014 Day of Service!

Continuing our longstanding tradition of community service work, AANY is proud to announce its volunteer event for Spring 2014: we'll be joining New York Cares for their annual outside Day of Service event!

Saturday, April 12, 2014 (rain or shine)
9:30 a.m. - 3 p.m.

William Harris Gardens, Manhattan
153rd Street and St. Nicholas Avenue, New York, NY 10032
Take C train to 155th; walk south on St. Nicholas Ave. 2 blocks; garden on NW corner of 153 and St. Nicholas.

Cost: Free
Bag lunch provided for all Amherst volunteers by AANY.

Come volunteer with your fellow Amherst grads as we work together on what we hope will be a warm and beautiful spring day.  We'll plant flowers and shrubs, tend landscaping, and otherwise refresh and improve gardens, parks and other public spaces for the benefit of all New Yorkers. Family members ages 12 and older are welcome to join us!
