During the brewing session you'll work with a master brewer to blend malt, hops, yeast and water in perfect harmony to create a custom blend beer.  After your beer spends four weeks in the temperature controlled fermentation chamber, you will arrange pick up of your custom blend AANY beer.

Cost: $89 per person
This includes: individual guidance, education and discussion from a Master brewer, a six pack of your hand-crafted and customized homebrew (available four weeks later) and a delicious pizza dinner.
*BYOB (can be purchased nearby at Prospect Heights Beer Works)
