Reunion 2020

Due to the ongoing threat to public health from the COVID-19 pandemic, we have made the difficult decision to cancel Reunion 2020.

Service of Remembrance and Community: Every year, Reunion concludes with a Service of Remembrance and Community to honor the lives of those alumni we have lost since the prior Reunion. This year, in lieu of the service, we have created a remembrance page with a message from Harrison Blum, director of religious and spiritual life; a listing of the alumni who have passed; and a recording of the Senior Song, traditionally sung during the service.

Virtual Celebration of the Class of 2020: The Class of 2020 will gather online on May 31 at 11 a.m. EDT to celebrate their graduation in advance of an in-person Commencement at a later date. All alumni are invited to attend this virtual program and to celebrate the newest class of Amherst graduates.
Amherst@Home: This new web page is an easy way to stay informed, engaged, and entertained while you practice social distancing. You’ll find alumni and faculty lectures, activities for families, museum tours, news about alums working on the front lines, gardening tips from Book & Plow Farm, and more—updated regularly!
