The college will provide your headquarters with enough chairs and tables (8 feet, seating 8 people) to accommodate the number of people expected, plus 16 extra tables. If your numbers go up significantly you may still request additional tables at Reunion.
Usually class officers, Reunion committee officers and others directly involved in Reunion planning and activities are given priority for rooms in the class headquarters. If there are more rooms than people on your list, other classmates will be assigned.
Indicate how many student assistants your class would like to hire. You will find historical class assistant information in the Appendix H of the Reunion Planning Handbook. Contact your class liaison for more information.
If there are particular students you would like to have as class assistants, please list their names and class years here. All class assistants must complete the Commencement and Reunion Student Worker Application by March 1, as well as attend a mandatory alcohol safety training session prior to beginning their work at Reunion.
