Flowchart Text Description

The report is received by the Identity-Based Harm Review team, which processes the report, offers support to the reporting party, and directs the report to the appropriate offices or centers, according to the following four questions.

1. Do aspects of the report involve non-discrimination and harassment?
   1. Non-discrimination and harassment adjudication
   2. Non-discrimination and harassment adaptable solutions
2. Do aspects of the report involve Title IX?
   1. Title IX formal process
   2. Title IX informal process
3. Do aspects of the report involve community standards?
   1. Community standards adjudication
   2. Community standards adaptable resolutions
4. Do aspects of the report involve bias?
   1. Bias Education and Response Team (BERT)
      1.  Responds to reporter(s), involved party(ies), and/or organizations
      2. Ambassadors provide support
   2. The Center for Restorative Practices
