What Happens After an Incident Report Is Received
When the College is made aware of an incident or situation potentially involving identity-based bias or harm, the report will be reviewed by the Identity-Based Harm Review Team (IBHRT). Once received, a member of the IBHRT will make outreach to offer reosurces and support thoughout the process.
